Our Story
Established in the 1960s, Townhouse Manor Cooperative lies just inside the south eastern border of Center Line, MI. The city also known as the "Heart of Metro Detroit."

Our Cooperative
Being part of a cooperative means you are a shareholder, and are invested in building as a whole and not just a single unit. All of our residents have the opportunity to attend voter and board meetings, and have their say on the rules and regulations that are established.
TOWNHOUSE UNITS
ONE BEDROOM - Our one bedroom homes have a main level and basement. The kitchen, dining area, living room , bedroom, and bathroom are all on the main level.
TWO BEDROOM - The two bedroom homes have three levels. 1st floor, 2nd floor, and basement. Both bedrooms are on the 2nd floor with the main bathroom. The 1st floor has the kitchen, dining area, living room, and a half bathroom.
THREE BEDROOM - Similar to the two bedroom homes. There are three levels. The master and two smaller bedrooms are on the 2nd level with the main bathroom. The kitchen, dining area, living room, and half bathroom are on the main floor.
